Terms & Conditions — kt11 Platform Rules

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "kt11", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the kt11 platform, its operators, and any affiliated entities responsible for the operation of the website accessible at kt11.io.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the kt11 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on kt11, used to access all platform services including deposits, withdrawals, betting, and casino play.
• "Platform" — the kt11 website (kt11.io), its mobile-optimised interface, any associated applications, and all services made available through them.
• "Balance" — the total of real-money funds held in a Player's kt11 Account at any given time, exclusive of bonus funds unless explicitly converted.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits granted by kt11 to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable balance.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a Player must wager a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification, being the identity and age verification process required of all kt11 Players before withdrawal of funds.
• "BST" — Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the time zone applied to all platform operations, offer expiry times, and support hours.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing kt11, creating an Account, or using any service offered on the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, together with the kt11 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

Your acceptance is effective from the moment you first access the Platform, regardless of whether you complete registration. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account in accordance with Section 4.6 below.

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on kt11, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. kt11 enforces a minimum age of 21 years, which is stricter than the standard 18+ threshold applied in many jurisdictions, in recognition of responsible gaming best practices.
• You must be accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf — not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of a kt11 employee or affiliated entity.
• You must not have previously had an Account suspended, terminated, or closed for breach of these Terms.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement or cooling-off period on kt11 that remains active at the time of registration or login.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under the laws applicable to you personally. kt11 makes no representation as to the legality of its services in any jurisdiction other than as permitted by its operating framework.

kt11 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to suspend or close Accounts where eligibility criteria are not met, with immediate effect and without prior notice.

4 Account Registration & Management

4.1 Registration. To access real-money services on kt11, you must complete the registration process accurately, providing truthful, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 One Account Per Player. Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on kt11. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, kt11 will close all but the earliest-registered Account and may withhold any balance pending investigation.

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. kt11 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify kt11 immediately via [email protected] (plain text — not a link) if you suspect unauthorised access.

4.4 KYC Verification. kt11 requires all Players to complete KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address. Additional documentation may be requested at kt11's discretion, including source-of-funds evidence for large transactions.

4.5 Account Suspension & Termination. kt11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close an Account at any time where: (a) a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed; (b) fraudulent, abusive, or collusive activity is detected; (c) a Player fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; or (d) kt11 is required to do so to comply with applicable law or regulatory guidance.

4.6 Voluntary Closure. Players wishing to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting kt11 support at [email protected] (plain text — not a link). Any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following completion of KYC. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. kt11 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment methods may be introduced or withdrawn at kt11's discretion with notice to Players via the Platform.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit on kt11 is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the Player's Account and may be subject to return processing times determined by the relevant payment provider.

5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are credited to the Player's kt11 Account within seconds of confirmed payment. kt11 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's systems, network congestion, or scheduled maintenance windows on the provider's side.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by kt11 within 1 to 24 hours of submission, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus-derived balances. Withdrawals are returned exclusively to the same verified payment account used for the Player's most recent deposit, as a fraud-prevention measure.

5.5 Currency. All Account balances, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals on kt11 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). kt11 does not charge currency conversion fees. Players using payment services that internally apply exchange rates do so subject to those providers' own fee structures, for which kt11 bears no responsibility.

5.6 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published in the kt11 Cashier section within the Platform and may be updated periodically. Players who have not completed KYC verification will be unable to process withdrawals regardless of Account balance.

5.7 Transaction Records. A complete history of all deposits and withdrawals is available to Players within their Account transaction log. Players are encouraged to review this record regularly and to report any discrepancy to kt11 support within 30 days of the relevant transaction date.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General. All bets placed and games played on kt11 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sports betting, live casino, slots, e-sports, or speciality games. Product-specific rules are available within the respective game or betting interface on the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6.2 Cricket Betting. kt11 offers betting markets on domestic and international cricket including the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Indian Premier League (IPL), ICC T20 World Cup, and bilateral series involving the Bangladesh Tigers. Odds are quoted at the time of bet placement and are final once a bet is confirmed. In-play bets are subject to live odds updates and may be suspended at any time during a match at kt11's discretion.

6.3 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void and the stake returned if: (a) a match or event is abandoned or cancelled without a result being determined; (b) an obvious pricing error is identified at the time of bet placement; or (c) a technical fault on the Platform prevented the correct odds from being applied. kt11's decision on void bets is final.

6.4 RNG Games. All slot and RNG-based casino games offered on kt11 use independently verified random number generators to determine outcomes. kt11 does not manipulate game outcomes. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game reflect long-run theoretical averages and do not guarantee any specific result in any individual gaming session.

6.5 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games are operated by third-party certified providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules of each live dealer game are determined by that provider and are displayed within the game interface. kt11 is not responsible for interruptions to live dealer streams caused by the provider's technical infrastructure.

6.6 Betting Limits. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface and may be adjusted at kt11's discretion, including on a per-Player basis where kt11 deems it necessary for risk management purposes.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General. kt11 offers promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a promotion is explicitly stated as "wagering-free", all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry timeframe are specified in the individual promotion terms.

7.3 Bonus Abuse. kt11 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk, opposing bets to clear wagering requirements (arbitrage); using multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion; and coordinating with other Players to exploit promotional structures. Where bonus abuse is identified, kt11 reserves the right to void bonus funds, void any associated winnings, and close the relevant Account without notice.

7.4 One Bonus at a Time. Players may hold only one active bonus at a time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Opting into a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.

7.5 kt11's Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. kt11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, including where: (a) a clerical or technical error resulted in the incorrect publication of bonus terms; or (b) regulatory or operational requirements necessitate a change. Players will be notified via the Platform of material changes to ongoing promotions.

8 Responsible Gaming

kt11 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible to all registered Players, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. kt11 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years. Any Player found to be under 21 will have their Account immediately closed, all balances forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities where required.

Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the duration of the chosen exclusion period.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on kt11. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and may result in legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Operating multiple Accounts or registering under a false identity.
• Attempting to exploit technical faults, software errors, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Using automated scripts, bots, data-scraping tools, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in ways not sanctioned by kt11.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sporting fraud in connection with bets placed on kt11.
• Colluding with other Players in casino games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the kt11 platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal purpose.
• Charging back or reversing any payment made to kt11 through a payment provider without prior written authorisation from kt11.
• Abusing the kt11 support team through offensive, threatening, or discriminatory communications.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the kt11 Platform — including but not limited to the kt11 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, betting markets presentation, software, and database structures — is the intellectual property of kt11 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. This licence does not extend to: reproducing, copying, distributing, publicly displaying, modifying, or creating derivative works from any kt11 content; scraping data from the Platform; or reverse-engineering any software component of the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of kt11 intellectual property will result in immediate Account closure and may give rise to legal proceedings.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kt11 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform for any reason, including technical outages, scheduled maintenance, or network failures.
• Errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, or delays in operation or transmission of data.
• Loss of winnings due to technical faults where such faults have been independently verified and voided in accordance with Section 6.3.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account data where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Actions of third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay in relation to deposit or withdrawal processing.

Nothing in these Terms limits kt11's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

kt11 collects, stores, and processes personal data provided by Players in accordance with the kt11 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

kt11 applies industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Player data is stored on secured servers and is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, law enforcement, and payment processors where required by law or these Terms.

13 Amendments to These Terms

kt11 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via a notice on the Platform not less than 7 days prior to the effective date of the change, except where an immediate change is required by law, regulatory requirement, or urgent security need.

The version date displayed in the "Last Updated" banner at the top of this document indicates when these Terms were most recently revised. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable legal framework under which kt11 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes relating to Account closure, withdrawal refusals, bonus decisions, or betting outcomes, shall first be referred to the kt11 support team at [email protected] (plain text — not a link) for informal resolution.

kt11 aims to acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, BST UTC+6) and to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to pursue resolution through applicable dispute resolution mechanisms as required by the operating framework of the Platform.

kt11's decisions on game outcomes, void bets, and bonus award or forfeiture are final and binding unless a manifest technical or clerical error is demonstrated. Players retain the right to request a full review of any decision by submitting a written request to [email protected] (plain text — not a link) within 30 days of the decision being communicated.
